A good hotel to stay at Overall good experience. The staff semed a bit unhappy to answer questions and to give us directions on how to get to the city centre and the hairdresser in the hotel didn't turn up for work at the time specified on the door. Everything else was great and if ever in Plovdiv again we will most probably make a booking with this hotel again.
