  Nice hotel The hotel is nice and the location is perfect, the rooms decorated well but there is no coffee machine or water boiler and when I requested hot water cup they said they will charge me 9 $ for it. There is nothing in the toilet other the shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer and towels like any other 3 stars hotel. Usually 5 star hotel will put showers cap, cotton and Q tips, but nothing was there. Also No free water at all

  Location, huge room, pools are nice Great location, huge room. But: at the pool area no umbrellas to rent, either you sunburn or pay 800 dollars for a daybed, towels don’t get taken away from chairs when they are unoccupied for a long time. Service girls at the pool area aren’t attentive. Concierge gave confusing information about the pool cocktail happy hour and in the end didn’t know. No proper introduction to the facilities available in the hotel, if we had a proper map,we might have consumed more in the restaurants at the hotel.

  Excellent location and staff The food at the restaurant 365 Pub was very disappointing. It was extremely salty and overloaded with spices, as if trying to cover up the poor quality of the ingredients. After the meal, my husband felt unwell and had stomach pain

  Great stay, nice room and big. Great view of the mountains and sunset. I had a good time staying at the rio. I would definitely stay again. They did have a fridge in the room. I wish they had microwaves too or somewhere in the hotel where you can use a microwave. The room was night and updated but the bathroom lights by the mirror kept flickering on and off. I made several request to have it fixed and no one ever fixed it. That was not a deal breaker for me but I wish they fix that.
