The Bellavista Residence is located in a scenic, quiet position just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from April to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence includes restaurant (open from May to September) and bar with lake view terrace and a private parking lot unguarded. Guests can select optionally breakfast.
All the apartments are with Sat TV, heating and a safe. There is a livingroom with pull-out beds for 1 or 2 persons, kitchen, lake view terrace or balcony, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower, WC, bidet and Air conditioning. Free internet.
The Rate Includes:
Supply of water, electricity, gas, heating, bathroom and bed linen, satellite TV, Pool Access, Internet (only connection-no pc installed), Private unguarded parking lot, Tax and VAT.
