Rates include a full Scottish breakfast. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the Bistro seats up to 66 guests and offers a menu rooted in classic European cuisine with a contemporary edge. The extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature of the hotel and in addition to the main wine list, there is a small daily selection of good value wines to complement the menu. A continental breakfast buffet is also served each morning, while lunch and dinner are served à la carte and from a set menu. The midday and evening meals are also offered in buffet form.
