When it comes to this resort, I had already been here before and had noticed that it was starting to feel a bit abandoned. The entire staff was great—kind and always helpful. The restaurant has improved a lot with the new chefs; even though they had very little to work with, they managed to create dishes every day.
The biggest issue is the lack of a management team to oversee the daily cleaning of the paths and the beach, as well as tidying up all the mess around the island. I truly hope that this island, given its beauty, can one day rise again in all its splendor. Go Kihaa!
